Merchandise Damaged In Shipping
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Circle. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase by E-mailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 609 927 2921 and submitting your issue. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.
Credit Card Refunds
Circle processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Returns are credited upon receiving the returned shipment. Once a refund has been approved and processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Refunds should post to your credit card within 5 business days (but depending on when your credit card company processes the refund, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the paper statement you receive in the mail).
